+ How do I create a new WHRZT! account?

Open a browser on your Phone, Tablet or Personal Computer.

Click here and follow the instructions to set up an account.

All you need is an active e-mail address (this will be your username going forward) and a password.

+ How do I log into my WHRZT! account?

Open a browser on your Phone, Tablet or Personal Computer.

Click here, then enter your email and password to log into your account.

+ What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password from the account login page.

Or simply click here and follow the instructions to reset your password.

+ Where do I find my WHRZT! device ID?

You can find your WHRZT! device ID on a card included in the sales package or provided by your installer. If you don’t have the card, check the underside of your WHRZT! device lid.

+ How do I know my device is active?

Once your device is active (connected to the power source and your account registration is complete) it will begin to track on your online portal.

+ Can I join an existing WHRZT! account?

Maybe - that's up to an administrator on the account. Contact the account owner and ask to be invited. If they agree, they can follow the instructions below.

+ Can I invite other people to use my account?

Absolutely! Some customers like to have an Administrator manage the entire account including billing, but then have Team Members monitor trailer locations and alerts on a day to day basis.

As an administrator, log into the app, click the Gear icon and select "Invite Users." Select "Administrator" if you want the invited user to help manage billing related items, otherwise select "Team Member." Enter the users email and click "Invite now." The invited user will receive an invitation and instructions via email. After they create their own login to your account, they'll be able to view location data, manage trailer information, and set up their own alert preferences.
